I figure that if Morgan has gone to a stainless sprocket, they must know the original is defective. There should be a recall, but you could say the same with several other issues. Just wondering. Although it's early days, there's no reason to doubt the longevity of the MMC Steel Sprocket, just the weight of the bloody thing! Hence see the above topic discussion for alternative options....
