Can anyone report on how the new stainless sprocket that is being supplied by "The Factory" performs? I've read comments that it might be too heavy. All things being equal; I would go with the SuperMax, but you have to send your sprocket to them and wait to have it machined. Also, $535 seems pretty steep to me. Morgan will either replace your original sprocket under warranty or give a 50% discount on a case by case basis. I figure that if Morgan has gone to a stainless sprocket, they must know the original is defective. There should be a recall, but you could say the same with several other issues. Just wondering. Sprockets Although it's early days, there's no reason to doubt the longevity of the MMC Steel Sprocket, just the weight of the bloody thing! Hence see the above topic discussion for alternative options....
