Step 6: From the new Centa Compensator Kit -
Attach new Centa stator cover to the Centa crankshaft
housing using the six bolts that come with the kit.
We had clean up the treaded bolt holes to make it work.

http://postimg.org/image/4a101by4v/We torqued the bolts first to 15 ft lbs of torque and then finished up at 20 ft. lbs. of torque.
