I drove down the road the other night, it was cold and raining like you couldn't believe and a bloke was standing at the bus stop wearing shorts. There was no hint of summer to make wearing shorts anything other than a deranged choice.
What also I cannot stand is seeing blokes walking down the road in any level of heat without wearing a shirt.
