As Jays said forward & back. But the near side ended up being dragged about 5 meters (locked solid) then a very determined drive forward. Big Bang then free but took some miles & heavy braking to stop the brake judder, due to the marking on the disc. Taking advice from this forum I now let the car stop on its own when pulling into the garage. I.e no application of the brakes. So far no re-occurrence.
I had had them stick a bit before but nothing like the last time. The car had been left a little longer than usual so maybe that compounded the issue.
Good luck & be carefull when " clouting" the wheel nut tool as it is easy to hit the wheel arch.
