I agree..
A terrific day out despite the cutting wind in places that weren't sheltered by the hangars & trees. There were lots of Morgans tucked around the place, amongst the machinery out for the day, too.
Rob hit the nail on the head regarding a few more eateries and coffee vans needed, I'd even go so far as to suggest a few more toilet vans too!!
The consensus amongst the odd people I chatted with was that the day was almost too big, and was on the cusp of changing from a purely enthusiast event to something akin to any other huge show with so many side distractions, little fun fair, steam engines etc. I thought that was a fair comment, really. I'd hate it to become just another money making event with some cars. The whole ethos & raison d'être needs to be kept in mind for the future I think. Maybe they're a victim of their own success, who knows?

Bumped into Rog G, Chris 99 and MDH along with the delightful Sidecar Ballast. My journey down was as MG Midget passenger, and despite some engine starting issues, we had a ball.
