The Maestro air filter housing. At the same time, can you ask him why they have not only fitted it on its side but, more importantly, put it on back to front so that the outlet is now the inlet etc ( 'Cos when Andy Jackson at ITG looked at the system on my car he swore that was what they'd done!!)
