Run-flats are better now than a few years ago but are still noticeably harder compound/stiffer sidewall than a normal tyre.
My 2016 Mini JCW has them and I notice them most in the wet - compared to a non run-flat they have very little grip and really noticeable understeer.
Road noise is better than the old 2008 car (I actually ran Yokohamas on that for most of the time as the run-flats felt as if they were made of wood!)
I wouldn't want the Morgan to behave that way - although a spare wheel option would be nice. Didn't someone do that on a Plus 8?
