was wondering if anyone else has had problems with the battery,namely that it just seems to give up the ghost and wont start after a long run? The jump leads are getting to be a pain. Also, who stocks the battery -I tried the normal stores. Is it a special?

Due to lack of space the S1 battery is the smallest of any Aero 8 battery. In the S2 forward, they were changed for a more powerful battery; however, even the S2, S3 and S4 batteries are victims of a very rapid drain if the car isn't used regularly. My battery will be dead if the car isn't used within 14-days.
As per Philippo and Alistair's comments, I run a battery conditioner on the car. I use a
Ctek which I bought new from an eBay seller. Excellent chargers.
