With caution, I believe 2 pack paint gives off a poisonous gas when mixed and breathing apparatus is required. Obviously the rest can be accomplished by stripping down, rubbing back to metal, anti corrosion treatment, careful prep with undercoat and several rub downs with lessening grade wet and dry till a perfect finish ready for the top coat.
