I had the issue with some pleb backing into it in the Oracle car park and they were great in handling it, permitting the factory to do the repair etc.
Renewal came through last week £3580. I asked why, they prevaricated and blustered and had no response. We went through trimming milage here and coverage there. Got it down to £2960.
They assured me that it was not down to the claim and my protected NCB was still intact.
Out looking now. According to the market insurance has gone up 17% - not in my world.
I renewed our works fleet earlier this week, we don't have the best record as a result of a couple of accidents in the last 24 months but the premium stayed the same and we've been told next year it will go down so a 17% increase seems harsh.
