The Suplex kit is supplied with a 20mm spacer to set the ride height in one of two positions but my car now uses a series of shims to set the height and now has 10mm above and 10mm below the axle. Any spacers could be used to set the ride height as long as the total is the designed 20mm.
I am using the lower ride height position on My +8 Bitsa. The problem I am having (and why I have not used them) is the shocks are too long and become "too blocked" (fully compressed). I had special upper shock mounts made that are 1" higher. But still a problem. Is anybody besides Me using the lower ride height setting?
