L15TEN for the exhaust note !
S111TAN (put a fleck of black paint to make UN out of the 111) and you have sun tan, good for an open top but bad for your long term health.
I like these - I have been trying to be more creative (without spending thousands) but I'm a little limited having only A to F as initial letters to play with. (Yes, I know there's 'all' the suffix plates but you can't pick and choose with them.)
Now the orange and white plates have been on the car for a little while I am getting used to them so I'm leaning a little more towards "interesting" than "black-and-silver-and-never-mind-the-number" at the moment.
Could all change again though.
I can identify with what Neil says. As several members of the forum have commented, ( Boshers, where are you?) I have a set of initials which are, to say the least, strange. So, I went for letters from my christian name.Being a good Welshman and therefore not being able to resist a bargain, I got two- one for my daily driver( currently on retention) and one for the 4/4- both with consecutive triple numbers 888 and 999 and both with a 'v' prefix. When people ask,'why V?' I direct them to the traditional meaning of a Vee sign
I do have one problem though. A number of people think the '999' meeans I am a retired police officer!
