After 45 years of waiting and playing with other cars I acquired my Plus 4 T16 in September and have been loving every minute of driving it. The only problem is I would now like a Roadster, so how do I persuade my long suffering wife that it is a wise move?
So far she enjoys the Mog as well so starting from a positive position an improvement from my Rochdale Olympic which she hated with a passion!

You should get back what you paid on the +4, so the difference is all you have to justify.
By demonstrating the +4 hasn't cost anything other than running consumables it should be relatively easy to justify a Roadster on the basis that it will not depreciate, either.
But by the same logic a +8 should not be ignored....
