The Carrera GT didn't and they produced that.
Ferrari have shown a hybrid concept at Geneva and so have Porsche. Whether through legislation or the desire for positive PR, I hope manufactures start to push this technology into production. The sooner they do it the sooner we will start to experience the technology as it trickles down to the standard models in the range.
