Yes it was me that had the top of the Suplex unscrew as did Mario. After a long email exchange with Suplex and MMC, mainly about engineering design, quality control and how threaded fasteners behave under cyclic axial loading in a fairly high vibration environment MMC refunded me for the cost of the front shocks. I had long since been refunded for the rear shocks.
Let's just say that I am not a fan of Suplex and even less a fan of B.A.D. who manufactured the shocks.
