I had finally the same issues when using the TM access, so I did create my own account half a year back. Even with a personal account at photobucket I had issues to login from time to time, not a single possibly offending pic was on my account, it worked again after I wrote a message to the service center...from human to human, and a human replied via email.
Make sure you are not logged in on different devices. I have made the experience that the photobucket app works more reliable concerning the login procedure than their browser version,
