Not at all, it is strange to see it looking so different. In last year's Ledgerwoods calendar it shows up with chrome/stainless wheels and again I prefer the black for that car.
The roll bar seems very well designed for road use, it doesn't get in the way of the hood and doesn't force you to wear a helmet. It can apparently be removed and reinstalled fairly easily once the fittings are in place. I don'y know if it is acceptable for any race series but it is certainly a lot more protection than having nothing.
