I did a 70 mile drive this evening, car driving fine, no sign of any handbrake issues. When I got home I went to apply the handbrake & noticed that the chrome tip at the top was very hot, however lower down the arm it was relatively cool. The car did not feel like the handbrake had been on when driving
I had the heater on but am not sure if this would have caused the issue.
Any ideas please
