Our two ginger cats like to claim credit for keeping the mouse population under control, although I suspect it's the local foxes, kestrels, owls and buzzards that do the bulk of the work.

Now all the sheep and goats have gone and we're just down to 2 llamas, our fields seem to have been turned into a 5-acre mouse ranch by the local predators.
