I know i may sound like a scratched record when it comes to all things Adnams, but for those of you in East Anglia, if you happen to be in one of the Adnams Cellar and kitchen stores, ask them for some of the bacon cured in Broadside (it tends to be out of sight in a fridge rather than on display).
Its truly scrummy.
