I'm saying up front that I'm not that familiar with the different "kits" that were out there, or still are for that matter.

I thought this was a Triking, but I'm thinking more towards a JZR instead.

This is a Harley Shovelhead motor. It dates from around '72 through '83. This was the motor in line before the EVO that got Harley back on their feet.











Regardless of make, it does look quite nice. I don't see the original Harley trans, but I don't see a doghouse and a full size auto transmission either. It does look like it has a push/pull shifter that would lead me to believe that's it's a motorcycle trans of some sort. I'd be interested to know though.

The Triking looks like it's been engineered nicely and as you guys have said, they seem to hold up very well.
