As I grow older I become more cynical. So it becomes more important to highlight when someone does something really well and I would like to nominate Borghi based on my recent visit.

We are taking the Coupe on a canter around Europe. As we entered Italy we had a nasty noise and the AirCon became less useful than normal. Based on the comments from the forum (thank you TM, Ale and others for making us aware of them) we called Borghi and got an instant yes we can help you. No hesitation or concern.

We arrived a few hours later and they had the car apart and resolved by 10am the next morning. They did a few extra things to add to the effectiveness of the A/Con. They even had the replacement compressor in stock which surprised me.

Friendly, flexible and clearly extremely knowledgeable. A great little business which I wish all dealers of all marks could match.

I even got to meet Alessandro and the pico-Bugatti.
