I was poking around the internet trying to discover who Pixel West had sold MOG Magazine to and came across an interesting article in The National Law Review here.

It seems that the dubious manoeuvres by Stephen Dorrell have not released him from TUPE responsibilities and the unfair dismissal cases are going ahead next month.

I wonder if this has any bearing on the further resale of the magazine?

Ian, you have a knack for uncovering very interesting things on the internet!

In this case, it looks like Mr Dorrell's machinations could well and truly bite him in the bum as Pixel West Limited will have much more significant assets to claim against than Project Viva Limited. I don't know the background, but it seems to serve him right.


+1 thumbs And I know that this is not the first time that Dorrell has pre-packed his way into a much more advantageous position! It will be interesting to see what happens in court next month...
