Hello,

A simple question, perhaps, but I have not found any decisive information here, at MMC or on the net in general.

As we all know, most manufacturers every now and then put together some equipment in a pack, for example to celebrate something like the Morgan centenary pack, or perhaps to position the car, suiting a certain group etc.

In this case I am thinking about something little simpler, what is sometimes called the Sport pack. I think I have seen something similar also in the 90s or perhaps 80s, long before the recent 4/4 Sport.

I am not talking about the Track day pack, as I think it's officially called (or Aero Racing aftermarket Track Day Pack, a bit of a mouthful coffee laugh ), for the 4/4 Sport, though there was some initial confusion, it seems, and perhaps still is. On the news page about the launch of the 4/4 Sport at MMC, they mentioned the Sport pack (a.k.a. Track day pack) and its price. But apart from that, no more use of the words "Sport pack", there. At the time, the Track day pack was also discussed here at TM, but often called Sport pack, which seemed logical given what MMC called it on their news page.

However, as I understand it, the pack I am asking about includes some simple but often useful things like: door handles, door pockets and tonneau (of some kind) etc. It could very well be that this so called Sport pack is a dealer thing, invented by them to make the decisions easier, give the customer enough equipment etc.

So, has anyone some more information about this type of pack?
