If anyone's interested in a bargain I suggest they commit to the car and offer Henry £2k more than he can get it for.
Some manufacturers offer their dealer network access to "auction" vehicles. I've been offered a Jaguar on a similar basis to my above suggestion.
There are also trade only auctions of a more general nature.
