Another vote for AVOs from me. I used to have Spax fitted, they were ok but suffered from a pretty crappy adjustment mechanism that served up very easily.

The AVOs are much better, and are available in different lengths and ranges of movement. It's important to check your car, as they are all a bit different and you need to ensure the damper doesn't run out of movement both under compression and extension.

Tim Ayers was able to sort out a custom set for me as my car needed a slightly different range from standard. Very helpful an a quick service too.
