I have been noting posts involving the S1 Aero for a number of years and the requirement for a secure earth is frequently suggested but I have not heard of anyone improving or changing the existing connection.
The brass battery posts on the Odyssey SP250 have not been mentioned as an issue.
I take it that you are planning to make some changes, I would be interested to hear what you alter and if you notice an improvement.
