Thanks Mark but that's me as I've finally got the stalled ground up rebuild well underway. If you could send me a photo(s) of yours for that area it would be great . I thought yours was the prototype rather than 1951 so perhaps is different in detail. Is there a there a rubber block between the end of the front wing and the rear wheel arch at the door post ? I assume the hood photos with measurements all worked out for your remake? I have the same drawing which takes much forensic hair tearing to understand.
