Assume you mean a motor driven awoogah horn. These take a fair amount of current so a relay driven by your original horn circuit would be a good idea. Recommend one rated at 30 amps with quench diode to avoid any transients messing up ECU, especially as this type is used elsewhere on car.

You can take the main power feed for horn from fuse 18 (15 amp) which also feeds power socket and intercom. If the latter is not fitted it's convenient to tap into the flying lead that would otherwise feed this. The lead can be found below fuse box.
