Of more concern than a couple of psi reduction in cold weather, is how much harder the rubber of an older tyre becomes.
I changed my 6 year old tyres in the late Autumn.
They still were comfortably legal on tread depth, but the improvement in grip of the new (same make) tyre was remarkable, especially on cold roads.
I hadn’t realised how much the grip of the old tyres had declined, until I replaced them.
