I once drove one from Dartmouth to Bath return in a day to deliver some heavy lifting equipment for a friend, what a consummately dreadful vehicle to drive over distances.
In RSA they were good on dirt roads and we often had to recover the Ford 4x4 with it, they were very useful in the correct environment.
Would I want one - No.
