A friend of mine is doing a cracking job of restoring a Singer Le Mans, all his own woodwork , hand made new wings etc etc
I was given the one I worked on in the weeks running up to my finals for 10/- ( ten shillings or 50p for the younger members) . I dont know what happened to it - when I went home I just left it at the side of the road outside my digs.
