What was noticeable for me was there wasn't an increase in frequency in the good indicators when one failed.
The front indicator unit had debonded due to the exhaust heat and similar to yours several of the leds failed prior to the whole unit failing.
On a positive note pairs of motorcycle type led indicators completed with stantions are readily available which in the long term will provide a better solution than Morgans original design.
