I really hope they don't build it, and concentrate on the bread an butter which I think they are doing brilliantly right now.

XF is a pretty car (Even if it's too high at the back) and the new XJ always catches my eye though that might be because they seem to be like rockinghorse s*it out there in the wild...

To my mind Jag don't have a good supercar record, XJ200 and XJR-15 both are also rans in the 90's supercar stakes (and the market agrees with the relatively poor values for both despite them being limited production runs), For me you have to go back to the XK-SS for a true great which is from a very different time, place and ethos being a barely disguised Le Mans race car with a passenger seat, the likes of which you simply cannot build today.

Stick to what you're good at Jag - big comfy sporty saloons, and decently priced high performance sports / GT's and you might even get another customer. The nose treatment on this car is suppose to preview the new XK replacement, so it looks like it could be an interesting new car..
