The Z3 conversion is done in Redditch.
Thought about it for mine, however a 4-pot motor just would not sound at all right. On top of that, a potential new job role means I will keep the 4/4 and replace the Z with a cheapish runabout - a 54 mile round trip would soon pile on the miles.
