Ideally you are looking at when the Lanc is in. It takes up the far end of the hanger and sets everything off. There are nearly always a couple of Spits and a Hurricane in there. There are some good pubs in the area.
The Petwood is quite a decent hotel unless it has changed hands. It was a long time ago I last visited.
