I make a lot of wishbones for people and I’ve not had a failure yet
Where’s the wrap around the tube for the rubber bush that means the weld is supported?
Now I shall probably get a boll**king from the factory but from the pictures (and admittedly this is conjecture) it looks like the rear leg failed in the HAZ (heat affected zone) next to the weld for the bushing tube and the front failed because it was no longer supported by the rear
So that’s either by bad design or poor welding or insufficient material specification
Or all 3
I believe the early wishbone failures were outboard of the coilover mount and due to the bending moment because of the design

Other way round. The front failed, and the rear sheared when the vehicle was moved away from the tree that it hit.
