Just got around to reading 'rental car'. Some of the stuff made me laugh out loud. I was halfway through the book before I got the Rich Duisberg pen-name joke.

My pen name
is rather unusual, I'm in the weird position now where I get cars and hotels and stuff booked in my pen name, but when I come to pay my actual surname causes a bit of confusion. I use one because I always wanted to keep a bit of space between my personal and professional work, as I get up to quite a few shenanigans it makes sense
