Thanks for your nice comments Richard. The learning curve has been steep but I think that the road ahead is almost flat now!
Thanks also for your patience while I sorted the correct insert shape for you - that's how they will all be made in future. It is the help of guys like you in testing and reporting back which has made it all possible. Road testing when you only have one machine is a long and tedious business and one tends to chase ones tail till someone else offers another viewpoint, so thanks for your part in it all. I believe this is the traditional Morgan development route anyway - nice to be continuing in the "Morgan way"
