After market 3 spoke leather wrapped steering wheel. The spokes are spokes kind of like the super spoke steering wheel but don't believe it is a super spoke. The steering wheel is 14" and the rim circumference is a little less than the factory black steering wheel about the size of a mota-lita. The center of the wheel is finished with a Morgan emblem. The steering wheel looks much more finished than the factory steering wheel. Fits on the factory 3 bolt boss. I don't know the manufacturer.
