Greetings from north Essex. First post from me despite (apparently!) joining back in March 2017 – on trying to register I found I had already done so! Though new to this forum, I bought my first Mog in 1965 (yes, really) and ever since I have had at least one Morgan. Currently I’m restoring a 1974 Royal Ivory +8 which I have owned since 1975. It’s been on axle stands in the dry and under dust sheets for the last 25 years but sadly and unexpectedly it has deteriorated terribly during that time. Though loved, clearly it needed using too!
The main reason for posting now is that a very long-standing friend of mine has a 1990's 4/4 with a mighty curious electrical problem. We've tried to find the fault but to no avail. Could anyone on this group recommend a good auto-electrician in East Anglia who knows something about Mogs and who might be able to solve the problem?
