I have and still do , find that when copying a links from photo-bucket, that it puts additional information at the front and at the end of the link.
Every time I have to carefully examine the link and EDIT out the preceding and anything after .jpg at the end.
Very frustrating I know, but that is life with Photobucket I'm afraid.
That's probably why you cant upload to this site!
