Having bought a new cheap Halfords cover it was blowing off due to the current high winds so a quick solution was needed.
Being a dedicated follower of fashion (perhaps 50 years ago) I cut the elastic waistband of a pair Calvin Klein underpants and found it a perfect tight fit around the front number plate. You could say that Calvin Klein Underpants prevent blowing off, works a treat.
