WoW! 16 responses and not one give an idea of a typical cost.
I'm not sure why you'd like a 'typical' cost. Are you looking for a number you like, or do you want the job doing? If it's the first, then howsabout a grand..? If you need it doing, then do what so many people have said AND RING SOMEONE..!!!!
