Have you considered Gliptone Gary, its amazing stuff and you do not have to strip out the glued in tricky bits, save yourself a fortune, unless of course the leather is ripped.
Does not leave brush marks and for larger areas use a sponge and most Morgan colours are available or can be matched. I did my 93 +4 about 5 years ago, still looks good.
All the original leather grain remains and you would be hard pushed to realise its been restored.
