I hooked the spanner onto a Spinner 5mins after it arrived but did not actually bother to undo the spinner due to other pressing pre Christmas priorities.
It will work very well and even though the finish of the cut edges and paint is good I will be putting a thin 2mm / 3mm skin of Neoprene on the inside surfaces to protect the spinner surface even though it actually only touches the spinner around the ear points as in the diagram.
Also MGOC do not offer a cover as my first photo from the B Hive site shows so I will be getting the sewing machine out after Christmas.
