apparently my moggie has a galvanised chassis, but I'll bet there are all sorts of mild steel nuts an bolts an things that would be more than willing to lose a few electrons,if aided and abetted by some salty water
Same goes for mine ( and most Morgans with Galv chassis.) One, it's not the best galvanise job in the world and two, as soon as any hole(s)get drilled through it- as they do-to accept the various nuts, bolts, frames etc., the whole concept of it being galvanised is undermined. Hence the need to use something like Waxoyl or Tectyl. Don't put it on now though. Even if you can get the surfaces dry enough, the ambient temperature is so low it won't 'go off' for months, if at all!
