Brushed isn’t an option. I have seen a Plus 4 in France with a brushed alloy body and it looked very retro. It wasn’t lacquered and the owner just rubbed it with WD40 or Duck oil I seem to remember. He had rather nice aged leather to go with it too 🤪
It’s quite a coincidence......I dreamt last night of having a Three Wheeler and rubbing down the paint with wire wool to age and patinate it 😳
