There are plenty of similar cars tucked away in collections that literally never get photographed, let alone driven. As far as I know all his cars are kept ready to be driven and are driven, albeit perhaps not extensively. Pretty sure a fair few aren't restored either.
That said, where is the cut off point for how much a car should be driven? Even Jay Leno doesn't drive his cars that much. However, I'd rather a petrolhead like him or Lauren bought the cars and displayed them than them going to a secret bunker in Switzerland or bought for 'investment' purposes, which is horrific.
