Never heard of that breed Craig, it looks exactly like the Lhasa Apso we had, great fun, only thing lacking was they couldn’t really be let off the lead, daft as a brush and would run ‘till it dropped!
He’s a mixed breed, his mother is a Cavilier King Charles, his father is a miniature Poodle.
